Just a little bit about us...

PlaybyPlayPics is owned and operated by me, Chad Matchett. After an eight-year run as the sports editor for the Jacksonville Patriot and Sherwood Voice (along with a brief stint at The Leader), I am out of the newspaper business and into photography.

During that time, I won several awards for sports action photography from the Arkansas Press Association. While sports is my focus, I also have experience shooting weddings, family portraits, parties and concerts.

All photos are digital, but can be changed or enhanced in several ways including black and white, sepia toned and several other effects. Text can also be added to any photo.
